Meadow Brook's pool area includes a 25 yard pool with a deep end for diving, a wading pool for young children, a brand new pool house and office, and a snack shack which is open every day during the season, which usually extends from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Cassie Bryant and Rob O'Brien, Pool Co-Directors, and their staff have a comprehensive lesson program which follows the Red Cross "Learn to Swim" program, and all activities at the pool are supervised by Red Cross Certified life guards.
Meadow Brook also has a very active swim team which competes in the North Shore Swim League. The Meadow Brook Marlins are consistently competative in the League, winning the League Championship in 2004 and 2005 and placing second in 2006 in a thrilling and very close contest with Corinthian Yacht Club.
